teamloop terms and conditions

Thanks for your interest in teamloop! We look forward to having you use our Service but please understand that your use of the Service is subject to your agreement to the terms and conditions outlined here (our Terms of Service).

In order to use our Service, we will require you to accept the Terms of Service during the registration process. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, whether you are a registered user (an "Account Owner", "Team Member", or "Team User") or a non-registered user (a "Visitor"). The term "User" refers to either of these types of users. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this Service.

Check the Terms of Service regularly for updates. Whether or not we provide a notice of the change, they are legally binding when they are posted. We will post the effective date at the top of this document and your continued use, after the posted changes, will indicate your consent and agreement with the new Terms of Service.

Description of Service

teamloop is an application (the Service) made available by BitCohesion LLC (BitCohesion, we, us or our) for keeping teams in sync and helping coaches simplify team management and communication. The Service includes the website at http://teamloopapp.com as well as other related websites, web services, APIs, and mobile apps we may operate from time to time (collectively, the Services).

User Accounts and Logins

  1. You must be 13 years or older to use the Service
  2. You must provide a full name, a valid email address, and any other information required in order to complete the registration process
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. BitCohesion is not responsible for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this obligation
  4. You are responsible for the content and activity that occurs under your account
  5. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Privacy Policy

By using the Service, you acknowledge, accept and agree with all provisions of the Privacy Policy.

Billing Policy

By using the Service as an account owner, (that is, if you have registered for a paid account), you acknowledge, accept and agree with all provisions of the Billing Policy.

Cancellation

You can cancel your paid account at any time by clicking the link under the Plan Information section in your Profile. When you cancel your account it will no longer be accessible and all associated data (such as the roster, events, etc) will be removed. You will not be charged at your next billing date. We will not refund payments made for partial months.

Termination

BitCohesion has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any future use of the Service if we determine that you have violated any of these Terms of Service. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account.

Interruption of Service

You acknowledge and accept that we do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the Service.

Compliance with Laws

You assume all knowledge of applicable law and are responsible for compliance with any such laws. You may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable state, federal, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements. You further agree not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BitCohesion, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, from and against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Any content you submit, post, transmit, or make available through the Service
  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your connection to the Service
  • Your breach or alleged breach of this Agreement
  • Your violation of any rights (including intellectual property rights) of a third party

Copyright

We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the content you provide in the Service.

All design of the Service such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, (except where noted here), is the property of BitCohesion or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the design of the Service without written permission from BitCohesion.

Notification of Claimed Copyright Infringement

Pursuant to Section 512(c) of the Copyright Revision Act, as enacted through the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, BitCohesion designates the following individual as its agent for receipt of notifications of claimed copyright infringement:
